SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
POLICY
We
only ship in the lower 48 states of the
USA. If an order is placed for
shipping outside of the lower 48 states your order will
be cancelled and a 15% processing fee will be deducted
from your refund. If you want shipment to an other
destination, you must contact us before you order or you
will incure this handling charge. In
most cases shipping is free if stated. When shipping
is not stated as free, shipping cost for each
item is included in the description. In most
cases our shipping and handling cost is $6.95 per item
and $2.95 for each additional item. When we offer
free shipping, the free shipping is limited to the lower
48 states. In stock orders that are received between
Monday and Friday will be shipped within 2 to 5 business
days or less. We make every attempt to process our
orders within the same business day. In most
cases, orders are shipped the following business day.
Orders received late Friday and during the weekend
cannot be processed until the following Monday. You
will be notified by e-mail when your order is processed.
All of our products are shipped via ground shipping or US
Postal unless you request otherwise.
PAYMENT AND
RETURN POLICY
All of our transactions are
processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit
cards as well as PayPal accounts. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
the merchandise within (30) thirty days
of purchase for your refund. Original
packing and all contents are required when the
merchandise is returned. Defective or wrongly
shipped items must also be returned in their original
packaging with all contents. E-mail us for instructions and
authorization prior to returning
items. You must receive
authorization to receive a full purchase price refund.
Your purchase price will be refunded in full
within 10 days after your return has been
received.. Buyer is responsible for return shipping
costs accept for defective or wrongly shipped
items. Credits for items damaged in shipping must
be claimed with the carrier. Our Customer Service
Department is open 9 to 4 central time, Monday
thru Friday and closed on Holidays.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. We
will not disclose your personal identifyable information
to third parties,unless absolutely nescessary in order to
complete a sales transaction between our site and the
user, that involves a third party. If and when we
request private information from our users (such as
credit card numbers), we use technolgy that encrypts your
data so it is impossible for anyone else to read it. We
will never sell or give your name, e-mail
address or phone number to any company or individual. The
exception is when we have an item shipped to you from a
distributor or a manufacturer, we give them names,
addresses and phone numbers in case there is a shipping
problem.
REBATE POLICY
All rebates will be
issued within a 30 day period from the date of the
original sale. All rebates will be in the form of a
credit to the credit card used on your purchase. You will
be advised at that time by e-mail that your account was
credited for the rebate amount. We stand by our
statements and guarantee that the rebates will be
disbursed within the stated time. There are no rebates
issued for returned products.
